Det er blevet Torsdag, og det er ved at være slut på måneden, hvilket betyder at der afholdes ESL Viking Cup, og nu med endnu større præmier, samt et auto-invite til de 8 bedste til den næste monthly final.
Her er hvad ESL skriver om ESL viking Cup monthly final:
ESL Viking Cup Monthly Final! The concept is easy, it's basically the same as a standard Viking Cup except that the prize-pool is boosted to 200€ (150€ 1st / 50€ 2nd) and the top 8 ranked players from previously that month gets auto-invited. The rest (everyone) can buy ESL Premium for 0.99€ and sign up if they got the balls to face the hardest Nordic SC2 challenge there is. If we don't get a huge amount of people all matches will be BO3. The bracket will be played to semi on Thursday and the BO7 final will be played on the following day, on Friday (2010-08-27).
What: Viking Cup #9 Monthly Final
Who: EU Nordic residents only
Skill: Amateur and top level (silver to diamond league)
Prize: 150€ to the winner. 50€ for second place (Monthly Final)

I de tidligere ESL Viking Cups har der været store dansk deltagelse, og endda en dansk vinder. Deltag og være med til at sætte den danske Sc2 scene på det nordiske kort.
